Day 31 is able to scale tall buildings

...and leap upturned bridges in a single bound. I walked down Clark to the river today and the street was vertical. Some sailboats decided to go out for a little jaunt and street by street they had to open the bridges. I had all the time in the world but the citizens of Chicago were NOT pleased. Apparently this is not a regular occurrence and therefore budgeting time for such possibilities is not necessary. Though it might be helpful. In the future. Just sayin...
