day 163: is it? or isn't it?

remember this? i'm now going to call this the window of surprise. I think one day i'll have to actually stop to see what it is that goes on in this random building. i thought it was under construction but unless there are some uber crafty and artistic (not entirely impossible) construction workers, i think there is something else happening there. I can't promise my exploring of the building will be soon, but I will get around to it.
