day 98: recession special!

oh, what a recession we're in. today i debated for about 3 minutes whether or not it was financially sound for me to spend $6 on a carton of orange juice. You'd think there would be a deal on OJ seeing as we're in an economic black hole.

You know who did get the recession memo? Ben & Jerry's.
For less than $1 you can grab a delicious soft serve cone. What i was more fascinated by were the hours specified. It's almost as though they assume you won't have a job if you want this ice cream. Who can go over there between 9am and 5pm on a workday? That just seems a little unreasonable to me.
