it was only a matter of time before i stumbled onto one of these at a NYC bar. It happened down on the LES and I don't know why i was so surprised! I was actually thrilled and ran up to this beautiful dispenser with plo to capture the perfect picture. The only other time I've come in contact with NYC condoms was at a Steve Madden store. It was a gift with purchase.... (offensively) being given out by a very pregrant and very teenage cashier. It was odd. Anyway, enjoy this beautiful gift from NYC. this is where your tax dollars are going, kids!gnight!
