spotted this on my way to dinner tonight. I can't help but feeling like this would be more appropriate if it wasn't a rainy and kinda gross day! It is a fun scene, nonetheless. I can't wait for more warm weather when these little flower decorated bikes pop up all over the city. ah, warm weather..... a girl can dream!gnight
