Paramount is my newest restaurant find. It's a great walk from my apartment through Boston Commons and the omelets are cheap, tasty and served till 4. AT WHICH POINT: Paramount turns into a fancy evening/night eatery. And I do mean shmancy. Seafood specials, wine by the bottle, dimmed lights with candles on the tables... all being changed over while I'm finishing my morning coffee. This display of glasses caught my eye and I thought I'd snap it. Ah, Paramount. I'll miss you most of all.
